At Rise with Jen, our digital products, courses, and coaching resources are designed to help you reflect, grow, and take meaningful action in your life. Because many of our products include instant digital access, downloads, recordings, worksheets, or coaching materials, our refund policy depends on the type of product purchased.
Digital Downloads
Digital downloads, including workbooks, worksheets, guides, affirmation cards, templates, journals, PDFs, and other instant-access products, are non-refundable once purchased.
Because these products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all digital download sales are final.
If you have trouble accessing your download or believe you received the wrong file, please contact us and we'll make it right.
Complimentary Product Support Call
Need help applying your purchase? Email support@risewithjen.com within 30 days of purchase. Each paid order includes one complimentary 30-minute Product Support Call with Jen to help you use the purchased resource effectively and get the value it was designed to provide.
Jen will send booking instructions after you contact support. This call supports your use of the purchased product; it is not therapy or crisis support and does not guarantee specific outcomes. The support call does not change the final-sale policy for instant digital downloads.
Workshops, Replays, and Low-Ticket Digital Offers
Workshops, replay access, mini-trainings, and other low-ticket digital offers are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
If there is a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the product, please reach out within 7 days of purchase so we can help resolve the issue.
Self-Paced Courses
For self-paced courses, we offer a 14-day conditional refund window from the date of purchase.
To request a refund, you must show that you gave the course a genuine effort by completing the required first-step materials, such as the first lesson, workbook exercise, or reflection assignment.
Refunds will not be granted simply because you changed your mind, did not use the course, forgot you purchased it, or decided not to continue after accessing the materials.
This policy exists because transformation requires participation, reflection, and action — not just access to information.
Live Coaching, Group Programs, and 1:1 Coaching
Coaching sessions, group coaching programs, private coaching packages, and live containers are non-refundable once the program or coaching relationship has begun.
When you reserve a coaching spot, that time and space are held specifically for you and may not be available to another client.
If you need to reschedule a session, please follow the rescheduling terms provided at the time of booking.
Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments unless otherwise stated in writing.
A payment plan is not a subscription that can be canceled at any time. It is a payment arrangement for the full price of the product, course, or coaching program.
Failure to complete payments may result in revoked access to the product or program.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in limited situations, such as technical access issues we are unable to resolve, duplicate purchases, or circumstances required by law.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.
