You’re putting in the work. You’re still questioning yourself.

Someone trusts you with an opportunity, and your first thought is that they’ve overestimated you.

You have something worth saying, but by the time you’ve checked whether it sounds good enough, the conversation has moved on.

You finish something important, then spend more time picking apart what went wrong than recognizing what you handled well.

Where does self-doubt get in your way?

Imposter Syndrome Coaching

Other people see your ability. You keep questioning it.

You have experience, skills, or accomplishments, but struggle to give yourself credit for them. You explain away your successes, worry about being exposed, or feel you have to keep proving you deserve your place.

Meet Jen

Hi, I’m Jen. I haven’t always trusted myself this much.

I help capable adults stop second-guessing themselves, start trusting themselves, and take meaningful action in their lives.

I’ve spent plenty of my life doubting myself, questioning what I could do, and waiting to feel ready.

I’ve also built businesses, returned to college, and learned to give myself more credit for what I’ve handled along the way. Some things worked. Others didn’t. Learning to move forward without treating every difficulty as a verdict on my ability has mattered.

A few questions before you start

What happens on a Next Move Call?
We’ll talk about what prompted you to reach out, what you want to change, and how coaching works. You can ask questions and decide whether working together feels like a useful fit. The call is a free conversation about fit, not a paid coaching session or a commitment to begin.
What if both types of coaching describe me?
That’s fine. We can work with how you judge your ability and what happens when you need to use it under pressure. You don’t have to separate those experiences neatly.
Can we work together online?
Yes. Private virtual coaching is available nationwide. In-person coaching in the Kansas City metro is available by arrangement. You can share your preference when booking a call.
Is this therapy?
I offer coaching focused on goals, choices, and practical action. I don’t diagnose or treat mental-health conditions, and coaching does not replace qualified clinical care. We’ll be honest about whether the support you need is within my scope.

What have you been second-guessing?

Bring the opportunity, conversation, decision, or goal you keep coming back to. We’ll talk about what’s getting in the way and whether coaching could be useful.
