Confidence & Self-Trust Coaching
Confidence & Self-Trust Coaching Session
There is something you keep turning over: an opportunity you are questioning, a conversation you are avoiding, or work you want to share but keep holding back.
A Confidence & Self-Trust Coaching Session gives that concern focused time with Jen, so you can explore what is happening and work toward a useful next step.

When a single session fits
One session can be a place to begin when a current concern needs attention. You do not have to arrive with the perfect question or know which specialty describes it.
You are hesitating over an opportunity
You want to consider what you bring and what you need, without letting self-doubt make the decision for you.
A conversation or visible moment is approaching
You want support with the confidence behind speaking up, sharing your work, or taking part when the pressure is on.
A concern keeps taking up your attention
You have been thinking it through on your own and would value a focused conversation about what to do next.
Give the concern more than another loop of thinking
You may have thought about the situation many times without feeling any clearer about it. A coaching conversation gives you room to talk it through with someone who listens, asks curious questions, and helps you clarify what matters.
We can focus on the confidence and self-trust part of the concern: questioning your ability, holding back when it matters, or finding it difficult to act on your own judgment.
The aim is a useful next step that fits your situation. A single session does not promise to resolve every pattern behind the concern, and choosing one does not commit you to ongoing coaching.
What’s included
Your session is private and focused on a concern you want to work on. You can bring uncertainty as well as a clear goal.
Time for one current concern
A private conversation that gives your situation focused attention, instead of trying to cover every part of your life at once.
Room to think and be heard
Listening, curious questions, and clarification that help you consider your own experience. Advice is offered with your permission.
Attention to what comes next
Support to identify a useful next step, with your own priorities and circumstances in view. The final choice remains yours.
A useful next step may involve more information, preparation, or support. No particular outcome is promised.

Work with someone who makes room for your judgment
I help capable adults stop second-guessing themselves, start trusting themselves, and take meaningful action in their lives.
I listen without interrupting, ask curious questions, and help clarify or reframe what you’re saying.
If I have advice or an opinion, I ask whether you want it before offering it.
You can say no, disagree, or explain when something does not fit. You do not hand over authority for your decisions.
