Confidence & Self-Trust Coaching

You want to trust yourself more, but the same doubts keep showing up in different parts of your life. You might hold back in an important conversation, question an opportunity, or struggle to follow through once the first burst of reassurance has worn off.

Ongoing Confidence & Self-Trust Coaching gives you support while you work on those concerns and put changes into practice.

When ongoing support fits

Some concerns are connected. You want room to work on what is happening now and return to it as your circumstances change.

  • The same doubt keeps returning

The situation changes, but you find yourself questioning your ability, holding back under pressure, or looking for reassurance again.

  • You want support beyond an encouraging conversation

You want to put what you learn into practice and have space to talk about what happens when you do.

  • Several concerns connect

How you see yourself, how you participate, and how you follow through may all deserve attention over time.

Support while you put change into practice

Insight can feel clear in a conversation and harder to act on in daily life. Ongoing coaching makes room for both: understanding what is happening and working with your experience as you try to do things differently.

You can bring imposter feelings, confidence under pressure, or both. We can return to concerns that keep appearing and give new situations attention as they arise.

The purpose is meaningful progress in your life—contributing more openly, pursuing something you care about, or following through with more trust in your judgment. You set the direction for what matters.

What’s included

The sessions connect to your life between conversations. There is room to notice progress, talk honestly about difficulties, and keep the focus relevant to you.

  • Attention to your priorities

Private conversations focused on the concerns and changes that matter to you, with room for your circumstances to change.

  • Time to put learning into practice

Space between sessions to apply what is useful in your own life. The work should fit your circumstances and what you are ready to take on.

  • Support as you return to the work

A place to discuss what you tried, what you learned, and what still needs attention. You do not have to make sense of every experience alone.

Support expectations and agreement details are shared before you decide whether to begin.

Jen Norton

Work with someone who makes room for your judgment

I help capable adults stop second-guessing themselves, start trusting themselves, and take meaningful action in their lives.

I listen without interrupting, ask curious questions, and help clarify or reframe what you’re saying.

If I have advice or an opinion, I ask whether you want it before offering it.

You can say no, disagree, or explain when something does not fit. You do not hand over authority for your decisions.

The commitment and investment

If this is the kind of support you are looking for, the existing ongoing option gives us time to work together across three months. A free Next Move Call is a chance to discuss fit before you decide.

$1,2006 private 60-minute sessions across three months, normally every other week.

Would one session be enough to start?

A focused session gives one current concern attention without an ongoing commitment.

A few questions before you start

Do I need to know which specialty fits?
No. You can bring imposter feelings, confidence under pressure, or both. We begin with a situation that matters to you.
Will I have a decision by the last session?
There’s no promised deadline for a decision. We review what you’ve learned and what’s changed, then adjust the work. Some next steps involve gathering information or preparing before making a larger change.
What is outside the scope?
Coaching is not therapy, recruiting, career selection, or financial advice. It does not guarantee employment, income, or promotion. Support expectations and agreement details are shared before you decide whether to begin.
